26th - 28th April 2019
This April we're bringing together some of the South West's most passionate food influencers for a two-day workshop at Loveland Farm. Chef Proprietor Bjorn Moen of Pattard Kitchen and photographer and Instagram guru Matt Inwood will take up residence for this unique masterclass. Perfect for foodies and bloggers who are keen to enhance their Instagram photography skills and embrace farm-to-fork cooking.
This rare opportunity will see Bjorn throw open the doors of his Scandi-style barn restaurant to an intimate group of like-minded foodies to share his life-long passion for sustainable food fused with a contemporary outlook on the ever-changing food scene.
On the menu are expert insights and industry secrets, a masterclass session in bread making and of course preparing mouth-watering dishes alongside the professionals.
The Wild Food + Instagram Two Day Workshop is £250.00 per person. Accommodation at Loveland Farm’s eco retreat pods is priced according to group size - book your pod and place on the workshop here.
Learn the secrets of Matt Inwood’s stunning photography
This workshop also incorporates Matt’s tailored Instagram masterclass designed for foodies, bloggers and for anyone who wants to enhance their Instagram presence. Matt (@matt_inwood) is an art director and designer with a great passion for Instagram and phone photography. He’s worked with some of the country’s best chefs, foodies and food photographers and fully understands the power of Instagram as a marketing and communication tool.
The workshop introduces Matt’s photography, a tour of the Instagram app; exploring all the key features, best practice and ways to optimise growth and enjoyment. Discussing everything from stories to algorithms to hashtags. A demonstration on how to take photos on an iPhone and how to edit images through an Instagram app. Finally, a practical session to put what you have learned into practice!
Learn about your food’s origins -
and discover the provenance of ingredients during this weekend workshop - where you’ll find wild garlic growing in this UNESCO area of outstanding beauty amongst much more, as well as working in the professional kitchen alongside Bjorn to first hand experience his signature contemporary cuisine.
After prep, you’ll return to Pattard’s Kitchen to indulge in an evening banquet alongside your new foodie friends and of course, plenty of time to relax at the eco-retreat Loveland Farm.
More exciting details will be confirmed in the coming weeks, but as this is a totally exclusive event, we recommend reserving your place and pod as soon as possible!
